- The arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has sparked a major debate regarding the freedom of speech and information access

                 - Criminal association, money laundering, and 

                    offering unauthorized cryptology services.

                 - Custody extended until August 25, 2024, with 

                    possible extension to August 28, 2024, under 

                    organized crime procedures.
